| Job Duties: | Coordinates activities of hotel functions from front office to present hotel packages for the hotel guests and customers. Confers with front office staff to verify room rates and promotional packages by reviewing competitive market prices, prepares brochure containing information tours. Reads reservation log to determine information, such as name of visiting groups, size of groups and time of arrival. Greets visitors, passses out brochure, answers questions and inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guest, shopping, dinning, entertainment and travel direction including escorts of visitors within the hotel porperty. Computes bill, collects payment and make changes for guests. Makes and confirms reservations. My post charges , such as room, liquor, or telephone to ledger, manually or using computer. May make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservation, and arrange for tours. May deposit guests' valuables in hotel safe or safe-deposit box. May order complimentary flowers or champagne for guests. |

| Qualification Requirements: | College diploma or equivalent certificate, in a five star hotel, club or resort. Must have at least two (2) years experience. Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
