Job Duties: Supervise and directs company office and project operations on a day to day basis. Conducts overall supervision of projects, estimates, construction and all related works regarding construction project. Reviews, approved and negotiates project estimates and proposals. Plans and carries out policy relating to all phases of business activities and resolve problems arising within the organization. Assigns duties to company staff/workers observes and evaluate performance level. Represents the company on Labor and Immigration matters and legal cases brought to the court.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: With at least 2 years management experience on office, personnel and engineering operations particularly in construction business. Proficient in Computer AutoCAD, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
