| Job Duties: | Prepares daily and weekly work schedules and completes various engineering or maintenance tasks, administration, log and record keeping. Works effectively with other departments and coordinate work order schedules. Works effectively with contractors, vendors and suppliers to complete contracted work and to supply necessary equipments, parts or supplies. Monitors employees' work levels and review work performance, Assists in investigating accidents and injuries and prepare reports of findings. Recommends or initiate personnel actions such as hires, promotions, transfers, discharges or disciplinary measures. Counsel employees about work related issues and assist employees to correct job skill deficiencies; ensures that employees adhere to the work safety policies. May represent the department in company meetings and other functions. Supports, develops and maintain various information tracking and scheduling system. Assists all departments in the hotel with various tasks related to special events, guest events, off-site events and special functions which may require moving and lifting. Attend morning briefing to discuss daily operations, receives feedback and related engineering matters. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and standards. Performs other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School Graduate plus four (4) years of hands on work experience in hotel maintenance or facility maintenance, two (2) years of which must be at a supervisory level. Trades certificate is desirable. O-Net: Title Job Zone Five: Extensive Preparation Needed Education Most of these occupations require graduate school.
