| Job Duties: | 1. Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required t meet deadlines. 2. Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems. 3. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions,changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, andd subcontractors. 4. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer. 5. Plan, Organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. 6. Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site. 7. Inspect and review projects to ,monitor compliance with building ad safety codes, and other regulations. 8. Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods and feasibility of the projects. 9. Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project, such as painting or plumbing. 10. Assume project management responsibilities for multiple projects, manage project resources, track progress, maintain contemporaenous written records of project matters and advisee management of key issues and provide recommendations in support of management decision. 11. Prepare or present public reports on topics such as bid proposals and project status. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Construction Management, Project Scheduling, Cost Engineering, Environmental and Jobsite Safety. Must be computer literate.
