Job Duties: | 1. Assist with managing and directing staff members and overall responsibility for construction, the contract administration of project operation, or maintenance activities at project site. 2. Assume project management responsibilities for multiple projects,manage project resources, track progress, maintain contemporaenous writtne records of project matters and advise management of key issues and provide recommendations in support of management decision. 3. Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and infrastructure improvements and/or repair works to engineerig personnel. 4. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications, contract documents and safety or sanitation standards. 5.Perform estimate of quantities and cost of materials, equipment, labor to determine project feasibility. 6. Rudimentary knowledge in the computation of loads and grade requirements, water flow rates, material stress factors to determine contractor compliance with design specifications or contract rquirements. 7. Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings blue prints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects. 8. Prepare or present public reports on topics such as bid proposal, project status. 9. Coordinate or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide constructions. |

Qualification Requirements: | Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering is a must. Must have several years of experience with at least 5 years of that dealing with supervising, managing or administering construction projects. Must be computer literate and familiar with AutoCad and MS office.
