Job Duties: | 1. Assists with managing and directing staff members and the construction, operation, or maintenance activities at project site. 2. Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural improvements, repairs, or retrofit to engineering personnel. 3. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. 4. Assists management with review, coordination, and preparation of proposal and statement of qualifications. 5. Estimates quantities and cost of material, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. 6. Analyze survey reports, maps, drawing, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geological data to plan projects. 7. Prepare or present public reports on topics such as bid proposals, environment impact statements, or property and right-of-way descriptions and easements. 8. Coordinate or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide constructions. 9. Prepares structural designs and AutoCadd/Revit drawings of different industrial buildings, commercial buildings, bridges, water tanks, towers, houses, hospitals, schools, etc., using steel, masonry, and wood as structural materials. 10. Prepare structural calculations and specifications using IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, IBC, NDS, ASD, AISC, and other applicable codes and standards to attain earthquake and wind resistant buildings and structures. |

Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Bachelors Degree in Civil ENgineering is a must. Must have 5 years or more experience. Proficiency in Auto CAdd, AutoDesk, Revit9, Stard Pro, RISA-3D, SAFE, ETABS is a must.
