Job Duties: •Plan daily, weekly or monthly work schedules in sequence of operation. •Determine kinds of equipment, material and maintenance required. •Determine work assignments can be in progress and establish deadlines and priorities. •Review work in progress, completion changes, work plans, work assignments and methods to reduce the cost of maintenance. •Supervise the installation of equipment, both in-house and from outside vendors. •Oversee the installation and troubleshoot the cause of faulty air conditioning equipment and make repairs on a variety of kitchen equipment. •Responsible for performance of preventative maintenance on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis and maintain records, either through the maintenance department staff of himself. •Plan testing procedures and determine the proper part(s) and equipment needed. •Responsible for maintaining electrical and plumbing throughout facility, performing repairs where necessary. •Routine check and maintenance of all production equipment. •Purchase spare parts and materials. •Managerial responsibilities also include appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and solving problems. •Performs other related duties as required by the mission of the company. •Must be knowledgeable in OSHA/EPA rules and regulations, and ability to comply with policies/procedures to the above. Must have some training and able to ensure with all related tasks and measurements.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: Two (2) years of responsible experience in skilled maintenance work involved in air-condition and refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, automotive/heavy mechanical work, and building maintenance work, including experience in a supervisory capacity; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the preferable knowledge, abilities and skills. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Education Most occupations in this zone require training in vocational schools, related on-the-job experience, or an associate's degree. Related Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
