| Job Duties: | Administrator-Systems (Internet/LAN & WAN) Basic Purpose: Responsible for design development and maintenance of intranet and Internet web sites for use by internal and external customers. Administers related policies and procedures and support customers by providing training and consulting. Principal Accountabilities: Designs, codes and modifies internal and external web pages. Maintains web server files and acts as liaison with the systems administrator(s), network support personnel and customers. Develops standards, policies and procedures for intranet and internet web sites and ensures their effective utilization and integration with company business practices. Develops and administers security standards and ensures compliance with all copyright and content guidelines required by law and by company policies and procedures. Using considerable latitude, administers operational and support plans for utilization of web technology and resources. Improve functionality of web applications. Works with users to determine their needs and to resolve any issues relating to web site capabilities. Coordinates user issues and support issues among client sites to ensure timely distribution of knowledge and positive impact on user satisfaction and productivity. Provides training to users. Provides on-call technical support to the user community on LAN/WAN based- applications. Provides office systems/network expertise by maintaining a working knowledge of all current aspects of technology and applications to enable the development of cost-effective solutions. Resolves complex problems and inquiries referred by customer (internal and external) regarding supported software and hardware within acceptable timeframes. Performs other duties as assigned or requested. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Background/Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent experience. 1-2 years experience in PC and LANIWAN-based infrastructure and applications. 1-2 years experience in HTML and JAVA; working knowledge of CGI and other script programming; working knowledge of database concepts and design; familiarity with internetworking security, e.g. firewalls; familiarity with ItS.
