Job Duties: The reservation specialist reports to the GM/VP, handles large volume of inbound phone call and customer emails, makes outbound calls as needed to booked guests in order to assist them with any booking questions or requests, contact tour agents to promote our golf and resort, Excellent customer service and phone skills, strong organization, communication and multitasking skills, ability to adapt quickly to change, ability to handle many different assigned tasks and take ownership of assignments, ability to close sales via phone, techinical knowledge and computer skills, 1 or more years travel agent expericne in Hopitality ofr Tourism Industry,2 or more years in reservatins, customer service or administrative experience, keep up-to-date on all travel ploicies and procedures information, provide solutions to travel-related customer service issues guest may have experience, book customer reservatins, and performed other rleated duties as required.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: High school graduate. One or more years in travel agents experience and two or more years in reservation experience.
