Job Duties: Plans and conducts public relations programs designed to create and maintain a favorable public image for hotel and its related facilities: Plans and directs brochures and other informational system to communicate to guests, especially guests coming from garget markets of Japan and Korea, about hotel and its affiliated businesses, services, and products such as water park, spa and other tour options to ensure that guests receive such message so that they are aware of what the hotel has to offer and other available services in the CNMI. To create and maintain a high level of interest in among hotel guests, customers, clientele and among all potential customers. And may perform other related duties assigned.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent and have at least one (1) year of experience working as a Guest Relation Representative. Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Russian speaking preferred.
