| Job Duties: | Processes orders for materials or mechandise received by mail, telephone , or personally from customer or company employee, manually or using computer or calculating machine : Edits orders received for price and nomenclature. Informs customer of unit price, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer, using mail or telephone. Writes or types order form or enters data into computer, to determine total cost for customer. Records or files copy of orders received according to expected delivery date. May ascertain credit rating of customer. May check inventory control and notify stock control departments of orders that would deplete stock. May initiate purchase requisitions. May route orders to departments for filing and follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates and designated Telephone Order Dispatcher. May compute price, discount, sales representative's commission, and shipping charges. May prepare invoices and shipping documents, such as bill of lading. Establishes standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff, and plans work shcedules to ensure adequate service. Inspects and evaluates physical condition of establishment and submits to management recommendations for paintings, repairs, furnishing, relocation of equipment, and reallocation of space. Periodically inventories supplies and equipment. Read trade journals to keep informed of new and improved cleaning methods, products, supplies, and equipment. Maintains records and prepares periodic activity and personnel reports for review by management. Coordinates activities with those of other departments. May select and purchase new furnishings. May evaluate records to forecast department personnel requirements, and to prepare budget. May perform cleaning duties in cases of emergency or staff shortage. - Do the Manager's report. - Do the room attendant's report. - Receive reports and requests pertaining to guest rooms. - Do the inspection of rooms due for release. - Conduct morning briefing for some important reminders. - Do the monthly inventory of guest supplies & amenities. - Do the room cleaning as needed. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Has minimum one (1) yr. work experience and background in hotel Housekeeping and Reservations operations and management, strategic planning, project management, business management , people management, different cultures and nationalities. With experience in hotel market report analysis. Must be fully proficient in FIDELIO property Managements Systems.
