Job Duties: Identifying children's individual and collective learning needs and planning, delivering instructions that caters for the full ability range within the class. Support children's emotional and social development. Developing and implementing enrichment programs for academically advance children and remedial programs for students requiring extra assistance and gaining confidence and trust of children, parents and fellow professional. Monitoring and reporting on children's development and identifying those possible learning difficulties,consulting other professional where appropriate. Communicating effectively with parents about their children's development ensure that the healthy and safety of children is maintained at all time both inside and outside the classroom.
