Job Duties: Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information. Prepare financial reports: Complies. Analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions. Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position, using calculator or computer. Audits contracts, orders, and vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement. Reconcile Client Trust Account and Office Operations Account. Prepare payroll disbursements. Prepare payments for Accounts Payables. Prepare monthly client billing statements and post payments. Handle client trust fund accounting. Prepare tax-related information for filing. May establish, modify, document, and coordinate implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. May devise and implement manual or computer-base system for general accounting. May direct and coordinate activites of other accountants and clerical workers performing accounting and bookkeeping tasks. Assost with law office operation including client inquires, case management; file management; and office operations.

Qualification Requirements: College graduate (A.S. or B.S. in accounting or bookkeeping)preferred or 2-5 years' experience in bookkeeping/accounting field. Computer literate including Microsoft programs; Working knowledge of Peach Tree or related accounting software. Strong skills in writing and organization. Able to work in law office environment and strong interpersonal skills. Related Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations.
