| Job Duties: | Supervises, coordinates and participates in activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel engaged in preparing and cooking food in the restaurant: Estimates food consumption, and requisitions or purchases food stuffs Receives and examines foodstuff and supplies to ensure quality and quantity meet established standards and specifications. Select and develops recipes based on type of food to be prepared and applying personal knowledge and experience in food preparation. May supervises personnel engaged in preparing, cooking and serving meats, sauces, vegetable, soups, and other foods. Cooks or otherwise prepare food according to recipe. Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Qualification Requirement: Must have college degree with two (2) years of experience working as a Demi Chef. Must be able to pass a cooking test. O-Net: Title Job Zone Three: Medium Preparation Needed Overall Experience Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. For example, an electrician must have completed three or four years of apprenticeship or several years of vocational training, and often must have passed a licensing exam, in order to perform the job.
