| Job Duties: | • Receive and respond to maintenance calls in the club from guests and other departments. • Troubleshoot and repair any equipment in hotel rooms. • Operate power and hand tools to complete job assignments in a timely manner. • Communicate with guests in a professional manner regarding work requests. • Read and comprehend blueprints to understand the layout of the property, hotel rooms, and equipment. • Upon completion of each guest room work request must report status of request to the issuing department. • Interact with co-workers to provide guest services in a coordinated manner. • Performs other job related duties as assigned. • Must have two (2) years experience performing hotel guest room maintenance. • Must have two (2) years experience working with basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC components • Must have the ability to read and understand blueprints. |

Applications are located with our Security desk, which is open 24hours. • Candidate must possess mobility, prolonged balancing, bending, climbing, crouching, kneeling, reaching, standing, twisting and walking without restrictions. • Candidate must be able to transport, push, pull, lift, maneuver items weighing 50-100 lbs. and must be able to tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature and air quality. • Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to deal effectively with guests, management, and other employees while working under pressure and meeting deadlines. • Previous experience in a similar position at a resort, with at least 300 or more guest rooms, is preferred. • Excellent customer service skills are required. • Professional appearance and demeanor a must. • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, in both written and oral forms. • Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all guest contacts. • Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to PIC standards. • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays and unscheduled overtime. • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
