Job Duties: Assists in supervising the operation of a dining room or food service unit, or supervises the operation of a smaller unit. Assists in planning work schedules and assigning food service personnel duties. Assists in training and supervising personnel in preparing meals, arranging foods, and serving customers. May participate in the cooking and serving of food. Assists in preparation of facilities and serving of foods for special wants such as buffets. Supervises cleaning of facilities and equipment; inspects dining rooms and equipment for cleanliness. And do other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: High school graduate with 2 or more years of experienced .
