| Job Duties: | Provide many services welcome customers upon arrival, check in customers, enter appropriate information by asking for an ID card, ensure billing is correct, run various computer reports at the begining and end of shift, take payments, post charges, enter amounts, into computer, and balance accounts at end of shift, anser a variety of questions from the customers, and hanvle reoutine problems, referring more unusual or difficult problems or complaints to supervisor or other appropriate staff members, answer telphone and /or transfer calls to appropriate department or person, computer training, knowledge of daily activities in and around the golf and resort areas, address emergencies that materialize when on duty and notifying approporiate personnel, assits in general maintenance and inventory of front office equiupment and supplies, maintain cleanliness for the front desk and reception area, assist staging and bag drop personnel, cross train with other department and be able to cover shifts (as necessary), must be willing to work weekeds, holidays, and night (graveyard shifts as necessary), and perform other tasks as assigned by the frontdesk supervisor. |
