| Job Duties: | The incumbent in this position does nutrtional evaluation, education and consulting services to the facility required. Integrates assessment and care planning with multi-disciplinary ESRD team. Is responsible for assessing the nutritional needs of the ESRD patient, counseling patients and their families or prescribed diets and monitoring compliance and response to the dietary regimen. Responsible in reviewing and maintaining patient's records in conformance with Medicare safety standards. Keep the Administrator informed of any guidelines and procedures. |

| Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: College Degree, Registered Dietician with the Commission on Dietetic Registration; Have a minimum of 1 (one) year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietician.
