| Job Duties: | Administer all day-to-day academic aspects of the school.To provide teacher support,supervision,evaluations and development for all grade levels as well as those teaching both the grade school and high school students.To maintain accurate and complete records of each teacher's performance.To lead and participate in faculty meetings during and sfter school hours and in other meetings as called for by your position or as requested by the president.Oversee curriculum development, implementation and evaluation.To coordinate academic departments and committees.To conduct faculty orientation on school philosophy and policies and procedures.To submit regular reports to the president. To regularly brief the president.Maintain the school's policies, including discipline.To manage serious discipline problems.To monitor student supervision at school related co-curricular and extra curricular activities.To support the Catholic identity of the school by attendance at religious functions.To exercise leadership in the development of the faith community of the school.To perform duties in harmony with the teachings of the Catholic Church and the philosophy of the school and in conformity with the rules and regulations stated in the Faculty and Parent-Student Handbooks.To perform all other duties relating to the school's operation, or as assigned by the president. Applicants for the position must be willing to assume responsibility for the day to day administration of the school as well as assist in developing long range goals for the school. | Qualification Requirements: | ER Preference: Graduated from accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree preferably in education with 2 years experience as a Principal.
