Job Duties: Make and confirms reservations for customers, arranges reservation and routing for customers at request of Tour Agents, excellent communication skills, Assists in reservation manager in supervising and coordinating activities with golf and resort reservation, assist customers with their reservation needs, answers customer questions and investigate and correct errors, participates in the preparation of the Company's strategic plan, Marketing plans, goals, programs, monitor and control guest compliance with the company's credit policy, communicates to the General Manager of his/her delegate, and other department heads, all information likely to be of interest to them, such as the expected arrival and deparutrue of VIP, submits statistcal, performance and froecast reports as necessary, to facilitate strategic plan preparation and provide management with marketing information such as allocation performances percentatge/porductivity, participate in the monthly sales and marketing meeting and gives feedback on the forthcoming monthly forecasting, the position of booking for the follwoing month, an up-to-date book forecast (confirmed and tentative), maintain high standards of telephone and guest courtesy skills, updates information's rgarding promotions, new rates and exhibtions rates in the computer and communicates to all relevant departments, ensure that reservations staffs are faimiliar with the various promotions, events, close out date and rates.

Qualification Requirements: two years work experience in hospality and tourism and knowledge of computer graphics (3D, Proficient in MS Windows and MS office Japanese version. Speaking, understand and writing Korean and Japanese language preferably.
