Job Duties: Coordinates front-office activities of hotel and resolves problems arising from guests' complaints. & usual request & inquries: Assign duties & Shift to workers & observe performances to ensure adherence to hotel policies & established operating procedures. Confer & cooperates with other departments eads to ensure coordination of hotel activities. etc. etc.

Qualification Requirements: Employer preference: Bachelor or Associate Degree in Hotel & Room Management or equivalent.Two or more years experience in Hotel Management. Preferably able to speak, read and write Japanese and Korean Language.
