Job Duties: Responsible for schedule, sequences and assignments for work activities base on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel. Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance. Monitor tools and parts invetories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions. Knowledge in repair and maintenance of laundry machine of Tosen brand from Japan. Facilitate and analyze information to determine needed installtion, service or repair of Tosen Laundry Machine. Must have a knowledge in R.O. water system and it's maintenance that need to communicate with DEQ. All other task assign by the General Manager.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: College Graduate or equivalent with back ground on mechanical operation. Good communication skill and can work under pressure. Responsible with good moral character, cooperative and honest. Can work Monday to Sunday with one day off.
