Job Duties: Serves meals to customers in compliance with presecibed rules of equette for fine dining. Prepares tables and set tables for meal. Set tables, ensure cleanliness of linens, silverwares, glasswares and dishes. Greet guests and seat them at tables, present menus to guests and suggests dinner courses and appropriate wines, and answer questions regarding food preparation.Write customers, on check or memorized them. Relays customers order to the kitchen. Total bills accept payment and return customers change or refer customers to the cashiers and perform other related duties as assigned.
