| Job Duties: | Meeting people and handling cash, work experience in the hospiality indutry or in retail sales is a definite asset, exhibit good judgement in dealing with problem patrons and emergency or security problems, responsible for scheduling of the Front desk staff, shift coverage, and training, oversee the Front Desk Staff to ensure that when guests arrive, front desk clerks, welcome them, register them, assign rooms and issue room keys or cards, assign tee off time, provide information about services available in the golf and hotel and in the community, verify customers'credit and establish how the customer will pay for their services, and when guests check out desk clerks, should review their accounts with them, recieve payment for accounts, balance cash accounts, advise houekeeping which rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning, keep an inventory of rooms reservations, respond to reservation inquires and complete reservation process, answer telephones and take messages, handle guest mail, record guest commnent, deal with customer complaints or refer dissatisfied customers to a manager, desk clerks may also have administrative responsibilities, demonstrated supervisor skills, good judgment and common sense, computer literate with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications and superior Korean written and oral communicatin skills preferred. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school graduate, two or more years work experience in hospitality and reservation. Speaking, writing and and understand Korean language preferred.
