Job Duties: • Installs, maintains and repairs machinery, equipment such as chilled water cooling system, cooling towers, reverse osmosis water treatment, AHU mechanical equipment, time delayed electrical equipment and biochemical feed pumps in commercial establishment. • Installs, maintains and repairs physical structures, pipe and electrical systems in commercial establishment. • Follows specifications, blueprints, manuals and schematic drawings using hand tools, power tools, hoist, crane and measuring and testing instruments. • Visually inspects and test machinery and equipment using electrical and electronic test equipments. • Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with manager or other maintenance personnel to diagnose problem or repair machine. • Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts, following specifications and blueprints using precision measuring instruments and hand tools. • Starts machines and equipment to test operation following repair. • Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of machinery using rags, brushes and grease gun. • Installs and repairs electrical apparatus such as transformers and wiring, electrical and wiring and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment. • May fabricate and repair counters, benches, partitions and other wooden structures. • Assists in the general cleaning maintenance of building. • May install, program or repair automated machinery and equipment such as submerged turbine pumps and fire sprinkler system. • Repairs plumbing fixtures. • Assists in the basic maintenance of work area; dusting, cleaning and dumping trash. • All other related duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualification Requirements: • High school graduate. • Mechanical diploma required. • Minimum of 2 years experience in Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment. • Knowledge of Biochemical water treatment. • Knowledge of Basic Electrical for 120, 208, 277, 480 volts. • Minimum of 3 years welding experience required. • plumbing experience required. • Must be able to lift 70 lbs. or more. • Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, including weekends, nights, midnight hours and observed holidays.
