| Job Duties: | Supervise food servic eactivities, take charge of accepting restaurant reservations & orders; estimates food & beverages costs & requisitions or purchase supplies, confers with food preparation & other personnel to plan menus & related activities of dining room and reservations operations. Inspect dining area, reservation rooms, outside grounds for cleanliness in appearance. Responsible for the supervision of staff in dining room with such tasks as table settings, guest sitting, menu preparations, order taking, guest serving, restaurant arrangement, materials & supplies preparations. Shall present written & oral report of restaurant daily operations, investigates & resolves food quality & service complaints & other related duties as required or as assigned. |
