Job Duties: Receives and register hotel guests at the front desk. Reports to and works for the supervisor on duty. Register hotel guests and issue keys to hotel guests. Receives requests and complaints from hotel guests and submit them to the supervisor on duty. Receives money from customers and employees, secures it in cash register, and disburses correct amounts of change. Records monetary transactions, including credit card sales. Delivers packages, amenities, messages, and other items to guests. Regular attendance is required for the position. Must be able to communicate directly with hotel guests, employees and management. Requires the ability to read, perform basic mathematical calculations and count money. Concentration, alertness, and attenton to detail is required. Must be able to maintain courteous and friendly demeanor under stressful circumstances. Must able to handle customer complaints amicable. Preferrably speak, write and read chinese. and perform other related duties as assigned.
