Job Title: Personnel Officer/Office Supervisor
Job Duties: Interview applicants to obtain information on work history,training,education and job skills Review and evaluate applicants qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing according to estalished guidelines and designated licensing codes. Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the org. making hiring recommendations when appropriate Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities consideration and selection Conduct references and background check on applicants Advise manager and employees on staffing policies and procedures Inform potential applicants about facilities,operations benefits and job or career opportunities in organizations Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria,using computer databases,networking internet recruiting resources,cold calls,media,recruiting firms and employee referrals Prepare and maintain employment records Hire applicants and authorize paperwork assigning them to positions Resolve customer complaints and answer's customer questions regarding policies and procedures Supervise the work office,admin or customers service employees to ensure adherences to quality standards,deadlines and proper procedures correcting errors or problems Provides employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problem and in resolving escalates complaints or disputes Implement corporate and department policies,procedures and service standards in conjunction with management Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems Train and instruct employees in job duties and company policies or arrange for training to be provided Evaluate employees job performance and conformance to regulations and recommend appropriate personal action Review record and report pertaining to activites such as production,payroll and shipping to verify details,monitor work activites and evaluate performance Interpret and communicate work procedures and company policies to staff attend meetings to the Manager and Management Comm. Prepare other related duties of a Personnel Officer/Office Supervisor

Qualification Requirements: College graduate/four yrs Bachelor degree,5 yrs work experience in related knowledge. 2 yrs training involving job experience and informal training.Good in communication and organization skills.Good in coordinating ,supervising,managing or training.Good in written comprehension.Speech Recognition. Knowlegde in computer system.enter data,process information ,write software,and other computer programs needed to the assigned job
