| Job Duties: | Makes and confirms time schedule and routing for customers at request of TOUR AGENT. Use large control boards in a company’s office to layout schedules to follow and confirm the route taken by the drivers and boat captains. Keep track of the progress that drivers and boat captains make along their routes. Check the drivers and boat captains’ in and out time and transfer these records into a company’s files. Maintain advance or current inventory of customer to determine their return from their hotels and space availability of the boat. Besides dealing with drivers and boat captains on a daily basis, they must also handle any request and complaint made by the customers. Making notes on mechanical problems of the boats and relay messages to mechanic. |
