| Job Duties: | To monitor and coordinate the daily business operation activities; prepares business daily change fund; perform merchandise inventory before and after business hours; display and suggest merchandise that meet customer needs; greet and attend to customers; submits daily sales reports; secure the shop before and after business hours; Must be knowledgeable in cooking apigigi, empanada and other local snacks and baking of pastries including buko pie. Scrub and polish counters, steam tables, and other equipment, and clean glasses, dishes, and fountain equipment. Serve food, beverages, or desserts to customers. Replenish foods at serving stations. Preparing ice cream and slush dishes using standard formulas or following directions. Prepare bills for food, using calculators and accept payment or make change. Perform other related duties as maybe required or assigned. |
