| Job Duties: | A/C and Control Aspect of the Work Must be a U.S. Certified Electrician and able to read electrical plans and drawings, estimate cost of materials/labor for electrical works, install electrical panels, transformers, light fixtures, power outlets, meters, timers in accordance with U.S. Electrical Code, compute load requirements for an office area, determine correct type of materials/wiring size in accordance with Building and U.S. Electrical Code, use electrical testing tools, power tools and hand tools. Able to troubleshoot 20-25 Ton Package type air-conditioning unit, identify cause of problem/analyze if air-conditioning units are working properly, read low and high pressure readings of air-conditioning unit using pressure gauge manifold, troubleshoot air-conditioning system utilizing VAV (variable air volume) system, wire thermostat/controls for air-con utilizing a VVT (Variable Volume Variance Temperature) air-con system, fabricate tin metals and other steel components of an air-con body that need to be replaced using power tools, manual benders and welding. Carpentry Aspect of the Work Must be able to read and interpret designer provided drawings and plans for an office project, use power tools both battery operated and electrical, lay out floor plans following designs and drawings, erect walls using studs/gypsum board, including installation of steel-frame doors and door hardware, layout and install ceiling using acoustic tiles or gypsum board, patch wall joint using joint compounds, including sanding and painting. Plumbing Aspect of the Work Layout and install plumbing requirements for an office space project, install kitchen sink, heaters, bathroom showers, water closets in accordance with U.S. ADA requirements, fix or replace water pumps using simple controls or electro-mechanical controls. Troubleshoot and repair water pump controls. Pipefitting Aspect of the Work Perform layout based on drawings the sprinkler system of a building, install main and branch piping using Victaulic System and must be able to thread pipes using electric powered threading machines. Must be able to respond to emergency calls after off hours and must have reliable transportation with a valid CNMI driver’s license. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be a U.S. Certified Electrician, knowledgeable with CNMI Codes and U.S. Electrical Codes, with at least six (2) years or more of experience with two (2) years as supervisor preferred.
