| Job Duties: | Maintains and repairs machines and equipment used to process and distribute water for human consumption and industrial use: Dismantles, or partially dismantles electric motors, pumps, valves, chlorinators, meters, gauges, and other equipment, to gain access to or remove faulty parts, using hand and power tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and hoists. Repairs or replaces defective parts. Inspects machines and equipment periodically, lubricating moving parts, or replacing worn parts to prevent breakdown or malfunctioning. May operate plant equipment to process and distribute water [WATER-TREATMENT-PLANT OPERATOR (waterworks)]. |

| Qualification Requirements: | o Must be at least a high school graduate o Trade school graduate in any electrical course is preferable o Must have 2 to 3 years experience in the operation, maintenance and repair of Drinking Water System Reverse Osmosis machine. o Must have at least 2 years experience in Public Water System water treatment o Must know how to operate, maintain or repair electrical equipments like RO machines, water pumps, chemical pumps o Must know how to read, analyze electrical diagram and troubleshoot electrical control problems o Fluency in English language is preferable o Must have a wide knowledge in electricity o Must have a Water Operator Certification or License from DEQ or EPA o Personality o Confident, well groomed and pleasant o Hardworking, flexible and accepts other related responsibilities |
