| Job Duties: | Oversees the auditing of accounting and financial data of various departments within an organization. Assists in the design and administration of audit policy and procedure within the organization. Responsible for controlling the cost of raw materials and other supplies as they relate to the Food & Beverage Department and monitoring and maintaining control of revenue and expenditures cycles. Audit of hotel point of sale system to ensure correct pricing and to highlight areas of consistency. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management. |
