| Job Duties: | Manage and overall responsible for the Kitchen operation in the absence of the Executive Chef. Coordinatesand supervises the daily activities involving storage, preparation, cooking and serving of food as well as monitor staff behaviour and frequet staff training. He/she sees ot it that maximum guest satisfation is achieved on guest servings and food orders. Supervises and coordinates all activities of kitchen staff. engage in the proper preparation and cooking of all food in every section of the kitchen. Create and suggests daily menu items ensuring fast stock rotation especially with perishables. Coordinates all kitchen matters to executive chef. To perform other duties as assign by management. |
