| Job Duties: | Assist the Restaurant Manager in planning, organizing, directing and maintaining the overall F&B operation of the outlet. Providing food and beverage service to all guests ensuring maximum satisfaction and encrease departmental revenue in a manner consistent with standards and in line with operating policies and procedures. Welcomes and approach guest in a courteous manner, Check work performance of subordinates including grroming standards. Perform related duties in the restaurant as delegated by the Department head. |
