| Job Duties: | Work with Director of Food and Beverage in planning, organizing and directing the overall Food and Beverage Department operation in every aspect in order to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and merchandising to maximize profits. Participate in hotel management with Director of Operations. Responsible for smooth operation of all food and beverage operations and activities. Develop and maintain highest levels of guest satisfaction, and service standards. Assist Director of F&B in planning, budgeting, controlling and develop sales strategies. Directing all functions of the Department. |
