| Job Duties: | Prepare and cook foods for customers. Ensures taste and presentation of meals to be served meet standard set by management. Responsible for inventory and quality control (Keep Records,Checks, orders,prepares, portions and lable food stock inventory and rotation and restocking of supplies in appropriate storage apparatus). Controls waste and spoilage to a minimum. Ensures sanitary food service handling practices and safety standards as set by law and management are maintained. Inspects and ensures kitchen and equipments are clean and safe to operate and work with. other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School diploma or equivalent is a must with a minimun 5 years experience in kitchen operation in a hotel or restaurant. Knowledge in the Japanese,Western and Local style food preparation and cooking methods is preferred. Must read, write and speack the English Language. Must know how to plan menu, do basic costing and make budget. Mush know how to operate basic kitchen equiments (electric and LPGas systems) Must be able to cook large volumes and different orders simultaneously. Must be able to lift heavy items (50+ lbs.) Must be able to work a flexible work schedule (split, weekends, graveyard and/or on call as necissary. |
