| Job Duties: | Responsible for preventive maintenance of vehicles, buildings, facilities and grounds. Conduct periodic inspections and assess condition of premises including vehicles, tools and equipments to ensure the premises is safe environment for customers and employees. Regularly inform management of findings and assist with setting priority of works to be performed to ensure safety, smooth and pleasant evnironment. Keep maintenance records of works performed and equipment repairs. other duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in general maintenance of buildings, facilities and vehicles. Must know how to operate basic repair tools and standard gear vehicles and must have a drivers license. Must have general knowledge in carpentry, masonry, plumbing and electrical work. Must be able to lift heavy items (50+ LBS.) Must read, write and speak the Enlish language and general math skills. Must be able to work flexible schedule (split shift, graveyard, weekends and on call). |
