| Job Duties: | Manages tour service agency. Coordinates local & foreign tourists, bus & hotel operators, airline companies & overseas Japanese tour agents. Manages staff, plans work schedules & assign specific duties. Trains employees in advising customers on tour services, planning, tour itineraries, ticketing & booking functions, & calculating costs for places. Manages the selling of tickets, packaged & specialized tours & advices customers. Reviews employee sales activities to ensure cost calculations, bookings, & transportation schedules meet regulations & guidelines. Coordinates sales promotion activities, approves advertising & tour display work. Determines staffing requirements, & interview, hire & train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. Establish & implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, & procedures, conferring with organization officals & other management staff. Plans & recommends budget to higher officers of the company & performs other duties as may be given from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | At least 5 yrs job experience as General Manager & at least 10 yrs. as Travel Counselor/ Supervisor or other related job with the Japanese Tour Industry. At least 2 yrs training in Tour Agency(Japan/Worldwide) operation with ground tour operation internship is a plus. Proficiency in Japanese language (both oral & written critical) |
