Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Job Duties: Supervise customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, & proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes. Coordinates with tour operators, bus & hotel operations, airline companies, & overseas tour agents. Plans itineraries, arranges accomodations & other travel service for customers. Converses with customers to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, selling & arranging optional tours, financial considerations & accommodations required. Manages the collection of payments for optional tours, transportation & accomodations from customers. Computes cost of travel & accomodations, carrier tariff books, hotel rate books or quotes package tour costs. Books optional tours, transportation & hotel reservations. Plans, describes, arranges & sells itinerary tour packages & promotional techniques. Specialize in foreign or domestic travel, individual or group travel, specific geographic area, airplane charters or package tours & performs other duties as may be given from time to time.

Qualification Requirements: 4~5 yrs experience as Customer Service Manager & 4~5 yrs Travel Counselor/ Supervisor or other related job with the Japanese Tour Industry. College graduate preferred. Proficiency in Japanese language (both oral & written critical)
