| Job Duties: | Responsible for the proper stocking and rotation of merchandise including trimming, watering and merchandising of products to ensure fresh, high quality offerings. Responsible for proper inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability. Oversees the purchasing, inventory and presentation of fruits & vegetables. Required to be knowledgeable about the origins, seasons, storage and preparation methods for these food items. Expertise is required to supervise and direct the activities of the staff as well as provide information to customers and the department head. Performs other related duties as assigned. |
