Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Duties: Aids management and accounting in staff capacity by coordinating office services, such as records control, written/audio/visual reports or presentations, human resources personnel activities, meeting and travel arrangements. Handles human resources activities: coordinates and prepares reports such as time and attendance records, work schedules and human resources performance records. Handles applicants, orientation of new employees, seminar/workshops arrangements including physical/medical exam of employees. Process and expedite the employment contracts of non-resident employees. Handle external property-related documents such as establishment/business licenses, sanitation permits and other contracts. Answers telephone, conveys messages, photocopies, prepares correspondence, internal forms, procures office supplies, daily cash sales deposits to the bank and run errands for the company. Inputs accounting data to the company’s system and prepares government PO billings. Sorts, compiles and files documents, records and maintain company documents. Assist in wholesaling, relieves frontline staff and other duties as needed.

Qualification Requirements: College graduate Must have 3 years experience in corporate office and Human Resources supports Familiar with corporate secretarial procedures. Must have accounting skills Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with accounting softwares preferably Peachtree. Resourceful and ability to handle varying work assignments. Able to do handle various assigned task from time to time Organized, and can work independently. Reliable, hardworking, a team player. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal and teamwork skills.
