Job Title: Waitress
Job Duties: Serves meals to patrons according to established rules of etiquette. Presents menu to diner, suggesting dinner courses, appropriate wines and answering questions about menu items. Write food orders. Prepare hot, cold and mixed drinks to patrons and chill bottles of wine. Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed. Totals bill and accepts payment. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining.

Qualification Requirements: ER Preference: Minimum of a few days to a few months work experience. Applicant must present police clearance and detailed resume.
