| Job Duties: | Plans tour itineraries, applying knowledge of travel routes & destination sites. Resolve any problems with itineraries, service, or accomodations. Arrange tour details such as accomodations & transportation. Evaluate services received on the tour, and report findings to company Management. Lead individuals or groups to tour site locations and describe points of interest. Attend to special needs of tour participants. Give advice on sightseeing, shopping & optional tours. Pick-up incoming guests at the airport, does some briefing, give information envelopes & escort them to their designated hotels. Drop off outgoing guests at the airport after picking them up at their hotels & do the outgoing briefing information. Takes care of flight irregularity operations due to weather or airline issues. Drive motor vehicles to transport visitors to the airport, hotels, establishments, and tour site locations & performs other duties as may be given from time to time. |
