Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Job Duties: Marketing assistant entails assisting and implementing all marketing strategies by developing various elements essential for the growth of a company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Aids executive in staff capacity by coordinating office services, such as personnel, budget preparation and control in our medical products and supplies, housekeeping, records control, special management & marketing studies: Studies management methods in order to improve workflow, simplify reporting procedures, or implement cost reductions. Also special management in graphics and accounting software, bookkeeping records and analyzes and operating. Analyzes unit operating practices, such as record keeping systems, form control, office layout, suggestion systems, personnel and budgetary requirements, and performance standards to create new systems or revise established procedures and do other related duties assign by employer. Analyzes jobs to delimit position responsibilities for use in wage and salary adjustments, promotions, and evaluation of workflow. Studies methods of improving work measurements or performance standards. Coordinates collection and preparation of operating reports, such as time-and-attendance records, terminations, new hires, transfers, budget expenditures, and statistical records of performance data. Prepares reports including conclusions and recommendations for solution of administrative problems. Issues and interprets operating policies. Reviews and answers correspondence. May assist in preparation of budget needs and annual reports of organization. May direct services, such as maintenance, repair, supplies, mail, and files. May compile, store, and retrieve management data, using computer. 2. Assist for implementation of various marketing plans and activities and engage in generating reports and maintain database. Can make marketing designs and promotional materials. Can handle queries of the customers regarding the product or the service the company is offering. Prepare and updating corporate websites. Understand and interprets scientific and medical terminology that can be apply in marketing principles. Completing sales-related and marketing administrative projects that include running marketing and sales reports every day, submit final report every weekend in Guam, conducting research on company and other assignments in database. Assisting in writing and editing sales and marketing materials in Japanese and Korean language, which include articles, presentations, white papers, and collateral. Providing assistance in creating and enhancing the campaign list. Maintaining project tracking spread sheets and business line marketing calendars. Serving as liaison between advertising agencies and the company, print suppliers, freelance talent, and various marketing services. Preparing press releases, company newsletter and event announcements. Updating company headlines and news in the corporate website. Assisting in promotional strategies and product development. Generating trade show passes, thank you letters, form letters for mailing mass brochures to the company prospective customers. Coordinating catered events for client visits and staff events along with dinners, beach, parties, luncheons, happy hours, picnics, and cubs. Validating and fulfilling request for information and marketing, tracking mails and requests.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Preferably Graduate of Bachelor of Science course or it's equivalent. At least 2 years solid experience in Administrative and Marketing services. Good working knowledge in the areas of Business Administration & Sales Marketing. Pharmaceutical and Healthcare background is preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS: Effective communication and human relations skills are important in dealing with various internal and external parties. Creating, composing, editing communications (email, web. etc.). Can prepares company invoices and pullout stocks based on sales orders according to procedures using the company’s Peachtree Accounting system; assures prices and quantities and other information are correct. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. COMPUTER SKILLS: Should have basic computer skills and be able to effectively use the company’s inventory and order entry software ( PeachTree & Quicken ), word processing software (windows 7), can make an pivot table for a data summarization tool found in data visualization programs such as spreadsheets for Microsoft Excel , Internet software, photo editing software adobe Photoshop CS3 software and Picasa 3. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: A valid driver's license, police clearance are required.
