| Job Duties: | REPORTS TO: GENERAL MANAGER To achieve the company's business objectives in supervising and directing all demand generating and trade sales activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Plans, supervise and control activities related to demand creation at the least cost. Conducts regular and consistent visits to major customers and effectively implements the Business Building Process. Formulates, recommends and implements marketing directions, Monitors and evaluates marketing program effectiveness on a regular basis. Establishes product focus and matrix for various customers. Ensures product starter stocking and display. 2. Plans, supervise and controls activities related to sales generation from accounts. Ensures distribution of core products in all trade outlets. Implements inventory to ensure product availability. Monitors and evaluates product off-take as well as competitors and formulates action steps to establish leadership. Formulates sales plan/forecast accurately for all accounts. Ensures sales objective achievement on accounts. Monitors order processing and delivery to ensure over-all customer satisfaction. Monitors account receivables and supervise credit issues of account. Coordinates with Sales on matters such as stock availability and trends in the trade. 3. Supervise, organizes and controls activities to establish professional business partnership with customers at the least cost. Implements activities that establishes and sustains business franchise. 4. Have knowledge of all policies and procedures associated with their career field, be able to manage and motivate employees and be willing to work long hours. These could include prioritizing projects, completing assessment reports, completing logs of activities, ensuring employees are qualified and knowledgeable about given tasks, advising changes to management to facilitate work processes and monitoring day-to-day functions of the business |

At least 2 years solid experience in Supervising Operations. Excellent working knowledge in the areas of Consumer - Health, Beauty Products, OTC Medicines and other Medical Supply. SPECIAL SKILLS: Effective communication and human relations skills are important in dealing with various internal and external parties. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. COMPUTER SKILLS: Should have basic computer skills and be able to effectively use the company’s accounting software – Peachtree Complete Accounting and order entry software, word processing software, Internet software, and spreadsheet software. LATITUDE: Decisions and judgment will be both individual and consultative. This Operations Supervisor will be working alone and expected to provide leadership in the everyday operations of the business. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: A valid driver's license and police clearance are required.
