| Job Duties: | Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, employee leave of absence and tenure. Address employee relations issues such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns. Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports. Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures. Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs. Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies and notify eligible workers of posting availability. Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork. Inform job applicants of details such as duties, responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, and promotion opportunities. Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have an adept knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, and personnel information systems. Must be computer literate, adept knowledge in using MS Word and Excel. Five to seven years minimum experience in the same job category. Must have a CNMI Driver's License. Police clearance required. |
