| Job Duties: | Prepare financial information to senior management and Board of Directors, examine and analyze data and various reports, and prepare recommendations to improve financial performance of the company. Recommend, develop, and implement procedures and ensure its compliance to established internal control. Review taxes/tax returns and other reports to various government agencies, record all transactions to the general ledger, maintain books of accounts, prepare bank recons, and ensure accuracy, completeness and conformity to reporting and procedural standards. Responsible for the daily activities and operations of the Finance department- accounting, billing, collection, and payroll. Reporting to the COO and CEO of the company and coordinates with other department heads on decision-making related to accounting. Assist the internal and external auditors on their audits and ensure implementations of agreed upon recommendations. Assists in the preparation of petitions for CWs and other tasks that would be assign by the COO and CEO. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, at least a CPA in his/her country of origin, with a minimum of five years experience in the same capacity, or ten years experience in supervisory level for a medium-size business with four or more staff being supervised. Must have excellent communication skills and high level of computer knowledge on accounting systems, and Microsoft office. Capable of dealing and interacting with various customers/suppliers/government personnel. |
