| Job Duties: | Develop, maintain, improve integrated programs for B/L, Equipment Interchange Report, Container Storage and Inventory, Accounting and Payroll System. Creates D-base objects and data application, development and upgrades, and modifies d-base systems to suit company requirements. Design/prepare programs to support accounting functions and reporting needs. Confer with network users to solve existing system problems. Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), and Internet systems. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. Monitor and test Web site performance to ensure Web sites operate correctly and without interruption. Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary. Administer network security and back up measures to protect data, software and hardware and perform disaster recovery operations. Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, at least five years experience as network system administrator and computer programmer. Knowledge in programming of B/L system, and accounting system is a must. Must be well-versed in Foxpro, Visual C++, Crystal Report , Report Writer for DOS and Windows reporting tools. |
