| Job Duties: | Do general maintenance of building and its equipments & machinery. To keep infrastructure clean and in working order. Observe and discover problems that needs to be repaired or maintained and must do the repair quickly and effectively. Install new machines or equipment as well as setting it up and ensuring that it runs properly. Must schedule maintenance and perform test and determine how long before replacing any machines or do repairs. Do other related duties as assigned by manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | At least high school graduate with at least 2 yrs. experience in general maintenance job; must know how to do electrical, plumbing, carpentry, building repairs and ground maintenance. Must be observant as to the maintenance need of the company's building, machines and equipments. Must know how to install, setting up new machines and ensure to run them properly. Must have experience in maintaining generator. Must know how to operate and used various hand tools. Worker must have a good and excellent working attitude; responsible and work independently. |
